Lia Britt is in her second year as Assistant Coach of the Hawk Cheerleaders. She was a member of the UMES cheerleading squad for two years and was named team MVP and team captain during the 2003-04 season. "I am very excited to have Lia as an assistant," said Head Coach Eboni Reavis. "She was an all-star cheerleader during her time here and I am glad to have her experience and knowledge of the sport." Britt was also named to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) All-Star cheer team in 03-04 and was a member of the NCA All-American cheerleading team from 1998-2002. |
