2011 Outdoor Season: Earned two silver medal finishes in different events: Towson Invitational 3000m Steeplechase at 9:51.10 and Morgan State Legacy 5000m at 15:26.53 ... set best career mark in 3000m Steeplechase (9:25.53 - MEAC Championships) ... other season bests: 1500m (4:14.36 - Maryland Invitational), 5000m (15:20.75 - MEAC Championships) ... named to MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team.
2011 Indoor Season: Season-bests: Mile - 4:34.96 (UMES Collegiate Invitational); 3000m - 8:48.25 (NYU Metropolitan Coaches Invitational); 5000m - 15:11.72/team-best (Navy Invitational) ... 2010 Cross Country Season: One-time MEAC Athlete of the Week and MEAC Championship Top Performer ... Finished in the top-five in all but one meet for UMES ...
