2013 Cross Country Season: Ran in every meet this season...highlights include two second place finishes at the Farm Run Invitational and Delaware State Invitational...finished in the top ten of every race he competed in...finished sixth at the MEAC Championships with a season-best 5-mile time of 25:58.20

Personal:born August 16, 1995...son of Mohamed Rmidi and Najat Kinini...has a sister Ines and a brother major at UMES....competed in track and cross country in high school...won silver medals twice and a gold medal...pregame routine includes placing his spikes on the inverse side of the bag and personal sports moment is when he qualified to the World Cross Country Championships in 2012...his coach in Spain is his person who influenced him most...plans to work in a Sports Business upon graduation...his favorite saying is "Good luck is for the weak people, if you are not coming to feel the pain, you better don't come"...hobbies include listening to music...personal athletic goals is to qualify to the World Junior Championships in Eugene on July 2014...athletic goals before graduation is to win the ring for the MEAC championships and make the NCAA championships...
