MEAC Championships

Highlights of the 2015 MEAC Indoor Championships. The men took third while the women finished fifth.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in all six cross country races in the fall ... highest finish was 16th, also his fastest 4 mile time of 19:23.38 at the UMES Lid Lifter ... fastest time in the 8k was 31:12.4 at the DSU XC Invitational.

2015 Indoor Season:
Was sprinter to mid-distance runner, with events ranging from the 200 meter dash to the 500 meter run ... also participated in the relays ... had quickest time of all Hawks in the 200 meter dash at 22.05 seconds at the Boston Last Chance in March 2015 ... qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the 400 meter dash and earned his fastest time there, finishing tenth with a time of 48.13 seconds ... took fourth at the Boston Last Chance in the 400 meter ... won the 400 event at the Nelson Townsend Invite (50.06 seconds) ... helped win a 4x400 relay at Nelson Townsend and take fifth in the MEAC Championships with a time of 3:18.80.

2015 Outdoor Season:
Ran once in the 200 meter and earned the Hawks' best time in the event, a 3rd place finish at the VertKlasse Meeting of 21.85 seconds ... took second at the VertKlasse Meeting in the 400 meter dash with a time of 48.01 seconds ... also earned a top ten placement in the 400 meter hurdles, taking eighth at the Wake Forest Open with a time of 54.95 seconds.

School: Was a three sport athlete in high school with football, track and field and cross country...was a 400 meter champion and competed in the Junior Olympics for the 200 and 400 meter races...was a relay champion and almost broke the 4x400 record.
