2008 Outdoor Season: Ran 4:00.31 in the 1,500, 9:20.17 in the 3,000-meter steeple chase, and 14:54.05 in the 5,000 meters.
2008 Cross Country Season: Named MEAC Athlete of the Week on Oct. 15 ... Won the individual title at the UMES Hawk Challenge in a time of 25:24.77, which was his top time for the year ...
