UMES ANNOUNCES 2010 ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME CLASS

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Department of Athletics announced its 2010 Hall of Fame class today. FOTHERGILL SECOND IN 400 AT JAMAICAN TRIALS

University of Maryland Eastern Shore senior-to-be Allodin Fothergill (New Hempstead, N.Y.) finished second in the 400 meters at the Jamaican Track and Field Senior National Championships at National Stadium this past weekend. MORE[+]

Allodin Fothergill ran second in the 400 meters at the Jamaican Trials to qualify for the IAAF World Championships this weekend.

Vanessa Henry closed the 2009 outdoor track and field season at the USA Junior Track and Field Championships with a shot put mark of 14.04 meters Friday at the University of Oregon.
