2016 Indoor Season: Was the Hawks' most eminent thrower during the winter campaign ... was named Maryland Eastern Shore's Field MVP for the season ... competed six times in each event and was rewarded with the team's top times for both the shot put and weight throw ... his winning 18.80 meter weight throw at the MEAC Championships set a new PR for Duncan ... also took fifth at MEAC's with a season high 15.11 meters in the shot put ... won three other events individually, once in the SP and twice in the WT ... swept both the shot and weight at the UMES Lid-Lifter in December. 

2016 Outdoor Season:
Continued his success from the winter into the spring, setting new PR's for the discus and hammer throw ... distance of 45.36 meters in the discus placed him third at the Captains' Classic ... won the Bison Invitational with his PR of 49.44 meters in the hammer throw ... was exceptional in the MEAC Championships, winning the hammer throw and placing third at the discus and sixth in the shot put ... took runner up spots at the Don Webster Invite in the shot put and at the Morgan Legacy in the hammer throw. 

2014 Indoor Season:
competed in the shot put and weight throw...distance of 17.86 meters in the shot put earned him third place at Columbia Invitational

2013 Outdoor Season: Competing in field events, throwing discus at 34.52 at Morgan State Legacy. Threw the shot put in the Wake Forest Open with a season best of 13.46m. Finished with a 13.30m 43' weight throw in the MEAC Indoor Championships

High School: Participated in football and wrestling along with track.

Personal: Born January 31, 1993 in Cheverly, Maryland...Son of Anne R. Duncan...Has one brother, Eugene...Major is Biology...Personal best non-athletic accomplishment was spending two months in El Salvador...Plans to attend medical school after graduation...Favorite saying is, "I'm a bigger comeback then Lazarus"...Favorite book is Micheal Critov...Personal athletic goal is to make it to nationals.
