2014: Was the Hawks' most dominant starter in his freshman season...started 11 games for the team, winning four games with an ERA of 4.26, the second-lowest on the team...pitched 80 1/3 innings with two complete games...struck out 49 batters, thirteen more than any other Hawk pitcher...pitched his first career appearance at George Washington on February 19th with a 3 1/3 inning relief appearance giving up two runs...his next appearance was his first start against Georgia Southern on February 23rd, going four innings and striking out five in the game...first win came against Mount St. Mary's, giving up two earned runs in eight innings while striking out five...Stinnett's second win was also his first complete game, giving up two runs against Norfolk State, walking none and fanning six on March 22nd...racked up a season high nine strikeouts while giving up just one run in a complete game victory against Coppin State on April 26th...started the opener in the MEAC tournament in Norfolk, giving up three earned runs in 7 2/3 innings dueling against MEAC Pitcher of the Year Montana Durapau
