Quick will be starting opening day in right field. He is a tremendous athlete with a great arm and good range. He will make great contributions to the hawks both defensively and offensively. His great bat speed will allow him to make some good adjustments to pitches leading the way for some good contact hits.

2005: Hit .306 (26-85) in 38 games (third on the team)...Recorded 26 hits, including four doubles and one triple...Led the team in stolen bases(9) in 10 attempts...Scored 11 runs and drove in eight...Reached base via walk seven times, had a fielding percentage of 1.000 and committed no errors.

2004: Did not play with the Hawks as he was required to sit out a season after transferring from Coppin State University.

2003: Hit .271 (35-129) in 39 games...Fifth on the team with 35 hits...Recorded three triples and four doubles on the season...Scored 21 runs and drove in another 13...Reached base via the walk 10 times, while stealing 12 bases in 15 attempts.

2002: Hit. .303 (36-119) in 39 games...Had 18 RBI's with two homeruns...Held a team-high nine-game hitting streak and was fourth of the team with eight doubles...Went 7-11 in the MEAC Tournament including a triple and five runs scored.
