PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – The University of Maryland Eastern Shore baseball team has announced that its home doubleheader scheduled to be played this weekend against Norfolk State has been moved to a road series at Norfolk State. The playing conditions were unplayable at Hawk Stadium so the teams will switch home and away series.

UMES will play two games on Saturday at Marty L. Miller Field, beginning with a 1 p.m. start time. The Hawks will then conclude the series with a 12 p.m. start on Sunday. Additionally, UMES will now host Norfolk State for a trio of games on April 12-13 to compensate for this weekend’s switch.
