April 4, 2005 PRINCESS ANNE, MD - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore baseball program has rescheduled two of the cancelled four games with Savannah State University. The Fighting Hawks originally were to play a four-game series against SSU on March 23-24, but due to rain the games were postponed.
UMES will begin a six game home stand starting with Mount Saint Mary's this Tuesday, April 5th at 1:00 p.m. and then will host Savannah State on Thursday, April 7th at 1:00 and 4:00, before welcoming MEAC opponent Florida A&M over the weekend for three games.
