SEVEN QUESTIONS WITH GREG WOMACK

Today, we meet with men's basketball shooting guard, Gregory Womack. Let's get to know Womack in seven questions.

1.       What are your greatest accomplishments?

Accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Athletically, I once scored 42 points in a game against Central Park Christian in the NACA tournament and I helped lead my junior college team to the national tournament. I'm thankful to have received a Division I scholarship.

2.       What are your career aspirations?

To play basketball for as long as I can, then I want to be a coach/evangelist. I also would like to keep telling my story and inform people about Jesus.

3.       Why UMES?

God told me to come here. It really was the best opportunity for me.

4.       Tell Hawk fans something about yourself that they normally would not know about you.

I play the guitar, piano and drums. I love to fish, too.

5.       What is currently in your iPod?

The Rocket Summer, Lecrae, Mat Kearney, Hillsong United, Shai Linne, Chris Tomlin, Charlie Hall and The Almost.

6.       What is your biggest motivation in life?

To live my life for Jesus Christ and to make His name famous.

7.       The key to success is ...

Never giving up, hard work and to love God with all of your heart, soul, strength and mind.
