Jan. 12, 2010 Princess Anne, Md. - The UMES athletic department will air a live basketball radio show beginning January 13. `Coach's Corner' will be broadcast live from the Hawks' Nest inside the Student Services Center on campus Wednesdays from 11 am to noon.
The `Coach's Corner', which will be hosted by Nick Anastos and Bret Lasky of the Hawks Radio Network, will feature men's basketball head coach Frankie Allen and women's basketball head coach Fred Batchelor, along with players and other guests.
WGOP 540 AM will carry the show live on the radio, while fans can also watch the live video streaming on the Hawk Eye at www.umeshawks.com.
