PRINCESS ANNE, Md.-- Hawk basketball season tickets are now on sale for the 2010-2011 season. For just $100.00, fans can see all 12 men's and 14 women's home games this season. That is 26 games for under $5.00 per contest.

The slate for the men includes the Hawks first ever game against Tulane on November 12th. Also included are strong Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) matchups, including matches against Coppin State, Morgan State and Howard, plus the final home game against rival Delaware State.

"We have presented ourselves with a great challenge in this year's schedule," said men's basketball head coach Frankie Allen. "Our non-conference contests more than prepare us for the rough and rigorous Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference season."

The women's team will host in-state squads UMBC and Towson in non-conference plau plus a full conference slate of MEAC teams. Local teams Coppin State and Morgan State will come to Princess Anne, and the final two home games of the season will see Howard and Delaware State come to the William P. Hytche Athletic Center.

The deal also includes entrance to the women's exhibition game against Wesley on November 9th.

Season tickets can be purchased from the UMES Auxiliary Enterprises Office by calling 410-651-7747, or by visiting www.umeshawks.com and downloading the brochure, located on the men's and women's basketball home pages. To request a form to be mailed, fans may call 410-651-6496.
