Orlando, Fla. - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Men's Tennis Team took on a tough Bethune-Cookman College (BCC) Wildcat team today in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Round-Up and fell, 7-0. Kishan Sudusinghe dropped his number one match 6-1, 6-0 while Christopher Clarke fell 6-0, 6-2. Harold Fowler also played a solid match falling at the #3 spot to Jerome Ward, 6-1, 6-1. In doubles action the team of Clarke and Sudusinghe were solid, falling in an 8-4 decision to BCC's Stefan James and Thabani Sithole. Fowler and Kapila Pilimatalauwe fell in their outing 8-1. UMES takes on North Carolina A & T tomorrow on day three of the MEAC Round-Up.
