HAWK TENNIS FALLS TO HOWARD 6-1

Princess Anne, MD - Returning to a conference match after a few non-conference contests, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Men's Tennis Team faced off against Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) foe Howard University on March 10, 2006.
They fell 6-1.
The Hawks got their lone point from Andrew Graham who won by default. Kishan Sudusinghe and Christopher Clarke played well and nearly pulled off a doubles win, falling to Faron Carter and Kenneth Brown, 8-4.
Unfortunately the Hawks managed no more than one point in any other singles or doubles match.
They return to action tomorrow, March 11, 2006 to face another MEAC foe, Morgan State University at the Hawks Outdoor Tennis Complex.
