Towson, MD - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Hawks fell in men's tennis action today to the Tigers of Towson University. The non-conference foe proved too much for UMES as they toppled the Hawks 7-0, winning every match.

UMES was out-gunned in the match as the doubles pairing of Brandon Jackson and Lamar Sutton fell 8-2 and Hasika Pamanuwa and Shaham Sudusinghe fell 8-3. Jackson was the only singles competitor to score more than one point in the individual play, falling 6-4, 6-1 to Chris Rowland.

UMES takes on MEAC foe Howard on the ninth in Princess Anne, MD.
