Princess Anne, MD - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) took on the Howard University (HU) Bison today in men's tennis action during the last home match of the season. The Bison got the better of the Hawks, defeating them 7-0, sweeping UMES.

HU dominated all matches allowing only two points in doubles competition; that was to Hasika Pamunuwa and Shaham Sudusinghe who fell 8-2. In single action Brandon Jackson lost 6-0, 6-2 while Sudusinghe looked solid in his outing, falling 6-1, 6-4.

The Hawks wrap up their season on the 18th in a match at Coppin State in Baltimore.
