Batchelor on Evans: "Breonna is an intelligent, tough, hard-nosed player whom we expect to give us a physical perimeter presence on defense. She will assist us in developing a strong work ethic throughout the program on and off the court."
2013-14: Finished her senior campaign participating in 24 contests (13 starts) ... elected to the 2014 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... made her first career bucket at Syracuse while finishing with three points (11/20/13) ... tallied two points and a career-high four boards in the home win over Lincoln (Pa.) (11/26/13) ... registered eight points, including 2-of-4 from downtown, at South Carolina State (12/30/13) ... made her first career start versus Norfolk State (01/11/14), scoring five points ... played a career-high 31 points at Bethune-Cookman (01/25/14) ... notched a career-high 10 points, including 3-of-4 from the floor, in the home victory over Morgan State (02/17/14).
2012-13: Recovered from injury to play 10 games off the bench ... played 31 minutes, grabbing four rebounds ... earned a rebound and a free throw in season opener at George Mason (11/13) ... got an assist and a block vs. Coppin State (2/18) ... member of the MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team for second straight season.
2011-12: Did not play due to injury ... member of the 2012 MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team.
2010-11: Appeared in seven games off the bench ... scored first career point with a free throw plus a rebound an assist at Coppin State (2/19) ... earned Coaches Award for a 4.0 GPA.
High School: Played basketball and softball at Nandua High School ... Earned First Team All-District honors in 2008-09 and 2009-10 ... Was also District Player of the Year as a senior ...
