The Maryland native is a left-hander who "throws the ball well and has real potential," said Hall of Fame coach Sharon Brummell.
Personal: Born January 13, 1993 in Baltimore, Maryland...Daughter of Brenda and David Jones Sr...Has one brother David Jones Jr...Majoring in Aerospace Engineering...Is influenced by her dad because he always supports her in all her future endeavors...After college she plans to works for NASA...Her favorite hobby is sleeping...Favorite book is Macbeth...Favorite movie is all of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
High School: She graduated number ten at Western Senior High... Jones has a solid resume as well, winning the Maryland State Youth Start of Tomorrow event in 2011... She won the Maryland Pepsi Tournament in 20009 and in 2010 carried the Maryland State high average... She has numerous titles under belt, including the 2010 High School Seniors championship, the 2011 Central Maryland Girls Scratch (All-Events) title, the 2009 Maryland Girls Scratch (All-Events) title and the 2010 and 2011 Pepsi Regional Girls Scratch title...She has a high series of a 785, bowled at a state tournament.
2011-2012: Bowled in eight games and finished with a total pin fall of 4,464...Averaged 193.08...High game of 257 in the Mid Winter Classic...Named MEAC Bowler of the Week for the week ending January 15, 2012.
2012-2013: Named to the MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team...Totaled 3,514 total pins...Averaged 195.22 in 18 games played...High game of 246 at the Kutztown Invitational.
2013-2014: Named All-MEAC First-Team Selection...MEAC Bowler of the Week (3/11/14)...Two-time UMES PRMC Athlete of the Week...Part of the 2014 MEAC Championship Team...Tournament MVP at The Music City Classic...MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team...Totaled 7,503 total pins...Averaged 197.45 in 38 games...High of 267 at the Music City Classic...Bowled in 58 Baker games.
