INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) will wait patiently to find out their post-season fate as they view the NCAA Women's Bowling Championship Selection Show, tomorrow, Wednesday, March 27 at 4:00 p.m. The eight-team field, all selected by at-large bids, will be announced online at www.NCAA.com.

The Lady Hawks, currently ranked third in the latest National Tenpins Coaches Association (NTCA) coach's poll and second in the NTCA media poll, are coming off a win in the 2013 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Championship. This season UMES stands at 110-21 and has finished no lower than second in any of their 13 events, taking first in 10.

A bid will mean the tenth straight trip to the championship for UMES. They won the title in 2008, 2011 & 2012 and were runners-up in 2007.

Coaches and players from the team will view the selection show live in the William P. Hytche Athletic Center conference room. Members of the media are encouraged to attend the selection show viewing and asked to RSVP by calling 410-651-6499.
