Hampton, VA - In double header MEAC action against the Hampton University Lady Pirates the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Lady Hawks fell by scores of 10-1 and 15-0. The Hawks got three hits in game one with a run scoring in the fifth inning. That run came off the bat of Marlee Johnson when a double scored Rena Bishop who collected another one of the hits. Autumn Parson also went one for two in the game.
UMES had four hits in the nightcap, two from Lindsay Poss, and one each off the bat of pitcher Christina Mason and Heather Patnode.
