March 20, 2006 HAMPTON, VA - Jenille Edwards was named to the 2006 Hampton Classic All-Tournament team on Monday, March 20. Edwards, the only Hawk to receive All-Tournament honors, was selected by the participating coaches to be on the all-tournament squad. In four games at the Hampton Classic, Edwards averaged .500 (8-for-16) with eight hits and four RBI's. The senior from Ontario, Canada helped the Lady Hawks to a 2-2 record at the tournament, including consecutive non-conference wins over Winston-Salem State.
