2003:Played in 43 games, 23 total matches, and recorded two kills, eight assists, and a service ace in her limited time. Had 33 digs defensively. She was a solid back row player whose leadership pushed the Hawks to the Conference Championship match.

2002:Played mostly defense and served on occasion at libero. While Ringgold recorded no kills she did manage two assists and two service aces when she wasn't playing libero. Notched 34 digs en route to the Hawk's most wins in the program's history until the following season.

2001:Was her freshman year, alternating between defensive specialist and hitter. Ringgold enjoyed her playing time under first year coach Toby Rens totaling seven kills, four assists and 11 service aces. She dug 77 balls and even had one block assist on the season.

Personal:Born on September 20, 1983 in Baltimore, Maryland. Has one brother, Jemyle. Twin sister, Chantelle runs for the Lady Hawk track & field program and played volleyball for two years. Is daughter of Vanessa and Alvin Ringgold. Is majoring in Graphic Design. Future plans include working in hr major and being a graphic designer. Marion Jones is her athletic role model. Best advice received: "Be the best you can be."
