Princess Anne, MD - - The Hawks ran their winning streak to eight matches by defeating Howard University in three straight games by scores of 30-23, 30-24, 30-15.

Jana Milin led the Hawks with 21 kills and 7 digs. Chrissy Jacobs notched 10 kills while Sanda Dzile had 45 assists. "The ladies showed consistency against a tough team tonight," said Coach Toby Rens "I'm proud that they remained undefeated in conference matches", he added. The team has dropped only two individual games in their current winning streak, winning 24.

Howard's Kollin Hoskins led the Lady Bisons by 14 kills and Brittany Williams notched 25 assists.

The Hawks next home match will be on Friday, October 10 at the Tawes Gymnasium against Hampton University.
