The #24 Florida A&M Rattlerettes (14-2, 6-0 MEAC) continued their domination of MEAC opponents with a straight-game victory over the Morgan State Lady Bears (13-15, 5-3 MEAC), 30-10, 30-16, 30-14. FAMU won the match in just one hour while keeping its perfect MEAC record alive. Adriana Kostadinova (10 kills), Maria Andonova (10 kills), Tereza Arellano (nine kills) and Andreina Ruiz (nine kills) paced a balanced Florida A&M attack. Ruiz led the defense with a match-high 10 digs. Esther Johnson had a team-high seven kills for the Lady Bears, with Korinne Lewis and Ashley Alexander each compiling six kills. Setter Junel Jeffries had 20 assists in a losing effort.
