Sept. 25, 2005 FAIRFIELD, CONN. - Freshman Yael Rozner (Haifa, Israel) was named to the 2005 Sacred Heart Invitational All-Tournament Team on Saturday, Sept. 25. Rozner, who totaled 17 kills, 97 assists and 36 digs in three matches on the weekend, was selected by participating coaches to be on the all-tournament squad. Rozner passed out 39 assists to go along 10 digs in the victory over Rider on Sept. 25. The setter from Haifa, Israel recorded her first collegiate triple double of 11 kills, 16 digs and 43 assists in the five game loss to the host Pioneers on the same day. She also added six service aces in the outing versus Sacred Heart. Joining Rozner on the all-star unit is Gulhan Cakcak (SPC), Serra Soylu (SPC), Megan Smith (Rider), Stefanie Lombardo (Rider) and Heather Brooks (SHU) The Lady Hawks will try to pick up their first conference win on Tuesday, Sept. 27 when they travel to Baltimore, Md. to face the Lady Eagles of Coppin State.
